By downloading, installing, or using the Vibers application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Vibers is designed to provide video editing functionality, including adding watermarks, stickers, adjusting playback speed, modifying audio volume, and exporting edited videos. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise permitted in writing by the App developers.
You agree to use the App only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to editing or distributing content that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or contains harmful or offensive material.
Vibers offers various features such as custom text watermarks with adjustable fonts, colors, sizes, and positions; emoji stickers that can be resized and rotated; video speed adjustment; audio volume control; and video export to your device's photo library. The App also saves your editing history for preview and future access.
The developers reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features of the App at any time without prior notice. Efforts will be made to ensure continuity of service, but no guarantees are provided regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You retain all rights to the videos and content you create or edit using Vibers. However, you grant the App developers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's functionality, such as testing, technical support, and feature development.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. The App developers are not liable for any claims arising from your use of the App to edit or share content that infringes on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Vibers does not require account registration or login for use. You may access and use the App directly on your iOS device without providing personal information. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access to the App.
The App may periodically receive updates, including bug fixes, feature enhancements, and performance improvements. You agree to install these updates to ensure optimal use of the App. The developers may modify this User Agreement from time to time, and continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Vibers is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, content, or profits, or interruption of service.
